As with any type of service role, we want our agents to be the best of the best. We expect them to constantly pursue excellence, servicing their clients to the best of their ability. While it may seem like it is standard, we expect team members to respond as promptly as possible to clients, vendors, and other agents. We believe that working with other agents with excellence is just as important as serving our clients. Over communication and speaking with tactful truth goes such a long way in providing excellence.
